We used one package at a time. That way the difference in flavors were easy to detect . We are on our 3rd package now, and so dar the flavors are slightly different and smooth. No bitterness. After we finish we will be placing an order for our favorite one(s).
I am still using them as I am not a huge coffee drinker, but they were a great selection. I used the espresso first, and chef's kiss!
