I love the coffee ingredients in the shakers. It makes the food taste so much more flavourful.
Just used the Seat Canadian Maple rub on a side of bacon I curried with salt and brown sugar and smoked with hickory chips. Amazing smoked side of bacon.

I have only tried the original blend so far on some chicken legs baked in the oven and I was pleasantly surprised and am looking forward the trying the other 2 especially since the BBQ is now out
