The Roaster’s Reserve Mix Bundle lets you experience the full Café Series lineup in one package. Instead of choosing just one roast profile, this bundle allows you to explore all three: Light Roast, Medium Roast, and Espresso Roast — each crafted to showcase a different side of specialty coffee.
These are not replacements for our core lineup. They are limited Café Series releases designed to highlight origin quality, precision roasting, and the type of balanced flavour cafés rely on every day.
What’s Included
Roaster’s Reserve – Light Roast
Single Origin – Guatemala (San Marcos, 1,375m)
Fully washed and sun dried.
Flavour notes of almond, toffee, and light vanilla with a clean, structured finish. Designed to highlight origin clarity and perform beautifully in pour-over and drip brewing.
Roaster’s Reserve – Medium Roast
Two-Origin Blend – Colombia & Brazil (1100–1650m)
Washed Colombian coffee combined with naturally processed Brazilian beans.
Flavour notes of milk chocolate with bright raspberry and a naturally sweet finish. Smooth, balanced, and extremely versatile across brewing methods.
Roaster’s Reserve – Espresso Roast
Three-Origin Blend – Peru, Brazil & Guatemala (1100–1650m)
A structured espresso blend combining washed and natural coffees.
Flavour notes of macadamia nut with a hint of caramel and a smooth, full-bodied finish. Designed for espresso but excellent in strong drip or milk-based drinks.
Roast Profile
Roasted at 3,800 ft
Each coffee is roasted fresh to order using high-elevation roasting techniques that allow greater control during development. This helps preserve aromatics, build balanced sweetness, and deliver consistent café-level results.

WHO?
The idea of Rampage Coffee began in 2018, because Dustin and I were tired of the same old stale coffee that we were drinking. Being extremely busy entrepreneurs and new parents, we wanted coffee that's healthy and would give us that extra boost we needed to keep grinding out those long days.
WHAT?
Your coffee's journey begins here... First, specialty grade coffee it's carefully selected and imported from small holder farms, it's then micro batch roasted, then it's cooled and precisely blended, then packaged and labeled, and then shipped out. That's right, FRESH ROASTED COFFEE! The freshest coffee in Canada.
