Brewing Instructions

### 1. **Pour-Over Method**

**What You'll Need:**
- Freshly roasted coffee (medium grind)
- Pour-over dripper
- Coffee filter
- Hot water (195-205°F)
- Mug

**Steps:**
1. **Prepare**: Place the filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water. Discard the rinse water.
2. **Measure**: Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water.
3. **Bloom**: Pour a small amount of hot water over the coffee grounds, just enough to saturate them. Wait 30 seconds.
4. **Brew**: Slowly pour the remaining water in a circular motion over the coffee grounds.
5. **Enjoy**: Once the water has fully passed through the coffee, remove the dripper and enjoy your coffee.

### 2. **French Press Method**

**What You'll Need:**
- Freshly roasted coffee (coarse grind)
- French press
- Hot water (195-205°F)
- Spoon
- Mug

**Steps:**
1. **Prepare**: Preheat the French press with hot water, then discard the water.
2. **Measure**: Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water.
3. **Bloom**: Add coffee grounds to the French press and pour a small amount of hot water over them. Stir and wait 30 seconds.
4. **Brew**: Add the remaining water, place the lid on, and let it steep for 4 minutes.
5. **Press**: Slowly press the plunger down.
6. **Enjoy**: Pour your coffee into a mug and savor it.

### 3. **Drip Coffee Maker**

- Cold water

**Steps:**

### 5. **Cold Brew Method**

- Freshly roasted coffee (coarse grind)
- Cold brew coffee maker or a large jar
- Cold water
- Coffee filter or cheesecloth

**Steps:**
1. **Measure**: Use 1 cup of coffee grounds per 4 cups of cold water.
2. **Mix**: Combine coffee grounds and cold water in the cold brew maker or jar. Stir well to ensure all grounds are saturated.
3. **Steep**: Cover and let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
4. **Strain**: After steeping, strain the coffee through a coffee filter or cheesecloth into a clean container.
