OPERATIONS DURING COVID-19 OUTBREAK
This situation impacts all of our families and communities and we want to thank you for your continued support as we navigate this together.
WE ARE OPEN AND DOING BUSINESS (for now)
We are operating on a day by day basis. As you may or may not know, our business is based online and we ship from our roastery directly to customers using Canada Post. We are a production and packaging facility with only my wife Lauren, Nicolette (part time) and I (Dustin) operating inside.
IS THERE ANY RISK WITH OUR COFFEE?
We believe our space is very low risk for the COVID-19 virus and we are following the recommended measures to keep it that way. It's worth mentioning that our facility has never been open to the public. It has always been mandatory for the use of industrial strength sanitizers and soaps to clean all surfaces and equipment along with our strict hand washing policies followed by wearing gloves and hairnets when handling roasted coffee.
We are following this pandemic very closely and educating ourselves daily on the severity of the situation to ensure that we are able to keep a safe coffee supply going out to people when they need it most.
We are in contact with our shipping provider, Canada Post, on a daily basis and they have expressed that they are taking all precautions and following the recommended measures to operate in a safe environment.
WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?
We will stay open as long as we are allowed to. Like most of you, we are doing our best to stay positive and help each other through the many challenges we face.
Our number one priority has always been to offer exceptional customer service and we will continue to be here for you.
