Ultimate Sampler Bundle UGC Submission Terms

By submitting a video to Rampage Coffee Co. as part of the Ultimate Sampler Bundle user-generated content campaign, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Your participation

You confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You are submitting the video voluntarily.
You created the video and have the right to submit it.
You are the person featured in the video.
Your statements reflect your genuine experience and honest opinions about the Ultimate Sampler Bundle.
Your video does not contain music, images, logos, footage, personal information, or other content that you do not have permission to use.

Please do not include another identifiable person in your video unless they have given permission for their image and voice to be used under these terms.

2. Complimentary product and coupon

Rampage Coffee Co. will provide selected participants with one complimentary Ultimate Sampler Bundle.

After Rampage Coffee Co. receives a completed video that substantially follows the campaign instructions, the participant will receive a coupon code for $25 off a future Rampage Coffee Co. purchase.

The complimentary bundle and $25 coupon are the complete compensation provided for participating in this campaign and granting the usage rights described below.

The coupon:

Has no cash value.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
May be subject to an expiry date, minimum purchase requirement, product exclusions, or other conditions provided with the coupon.

3. Ownership of your content

You continue to own your original video.

By submitting it, you grant Rampage Coffee Co. permission to use the video and its contents for the marketing purposes described in these terms.

4. UGC usage rights

By submitting your video, you grant Rampage Coffee Co. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt and otherwise use your submitted content.

This permission includes the right to use:

Your submitted video.
Your image and likeness.
Your voice and performance.
Your statements and testimonial.
Your first name, social media username or general location, when provided.
Screenshots, still images, audio clips, quotations and excerpts taken from your video.

Rampage Coffee Co. may use your content in any advertising, promotional or marketing channel, including:

Meta, Facebook and Instagram advertisements.
TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and other social media platforms.
Paid digital advertising.
Organic social media posts.
Rampage Coffee Co.’s website and online store.
Product pages and landing pages.
Email and SMS marketing.
Retail listings and online marketplaces.
Printed advertising and promotional materials.
Sales presentations, trade shows and internal marketing materials.
Other advertising or marketing formats now available or developed in the future.

These rights may also be exercised by Rampage Coffee Co.’s advertising agencies, contractors, editors, marketing platforms, service providers, affiliates, successors and authorized partners.

Rampage Coffee Co. may use the content an unlimited number of times and is not required to obtain additional approval before each use.

5. Editing permission

You give Rampage Coffee Co. permission to:

Shorten or crop the video.
Resize or reformat the video.
Add captions, graphics, logos or text.
Adjust the audio, lighting or visual presentation.
Combine the video with other footage or customer content.
Add music, voiceovers, product information, offers or calls to action.
Use portions of the video rather than the complete submission.
Create advertisements and other derivative marketing materials from the video.

Rampage Coffee Co. will not knowingly edit your content in a way that materially misrepresents your genuine opinion or makes it appear that you said something materially different from what you submitted.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the final advertisement, accompanying copy, editing, placement or format before it is published.

To the extent permitted by Canadian law, you waive the moral rights you may have in the submitted content in favour of Rampage Coffee Co. and anyone authorized by Rampage Coffee Co. to use it.

6. Honest testimonials

Your video must reflect your genuine experience with the Ultimate Sampler Bundle.

You agree not to make statements that are:

False or misleading.
Based on an experience you did not personally have.
Medical or health-related claims.
Claims that Rampage Coffee Co. has instructed you not to make.

The complimentary product and coupon are provided for your participation and compliant video submission, not for expressing a particular opinion.

7. Compensation disclosure

You understand that receiving a complimentary product and a $25 coupon creates a connection between you and Rampage Coffee Co.

Rampage Coffee Co. may add a disclosure to the video or advertisement explaining that you received complimentary products or another benefit for participating.

Should you post campaign content on your own social media account or another public channel, you are responsible for clearly disclosing that you received a complimentary product and coupon from Rampage Coffee Co.

8. Content selection

Submitting a video does not guarantee that it will be published or used in an advertisement.

Rampage Coffee Co. may decide whether, where, when and how submitted content will be used. Rampage Coffee Co. may also choose not to use a submission.

Rampage Coffee Co. may request a replacement or updated video when a submission:

Does not follow the campaign instructions.
Has unclear video or audio.
Contains unauthorized third-party material.
Contains potentially false or misleading statements.
Cannot reasonably be used in the campaign.

9. Privacy

Rampage Coffee Co. may collect and use your name, email address, shipping information, submitted video, image, voice and other information you provide for the purposes of:

Administering this campaign.
Shipping your complimentary Ultimate Sampler Bundle.
Communicating with you about your submission.
Providing your $25 coupon.
Reviewing, editing and storing your video.
Creating and operating Rampage Coffee Co. marketing campaigns.
Confirming and documenting your acceptance of these terms.

Your content and information may be shared with advertising platforms, agencies, contractors, editors, hosting providers and other service providers that assist Rampage Coffee Co. with its marketing.

Because some of these companies may operate outside Canada, your information or content may be processed or stored in another jurisdiction.

10. Release

To the extent permitted by law, you release Rampage Coffee Co. and its authorized agencies, contractors, partners, affiliates, successors and service providers from claims arising from the authorized use, editing, publication or distribution of your submitted content, image, likeness, voice and testimonial in accordance with these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

11. Governing law

These submission terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

12. Acceptance

By submitting your video, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these UGC Submission Terms.
You agree to the use of your video, image, voice and testimonial as described above.
You grant Rampage Coffee Co. the UGC usage rights described above.
You understand that your content may be edited and used in paid advertisements and other marketing.
You understand that the complimentary Ultimate Sampler Bundle and $25 coupon are the complete compensation for your participation.
