Regions: Medellín, Colombia & Minas Gerais, Brazil
Elevation: 1100 – 1650 meters
Two Origin Blend

This carefully selected two-origin blend brings together the best characteristics of both regions. Colombian highland coffees contribute brightness and complexity, while Brazilian beans add body, sweetness, and structure. The result is a smooth, well-rounded cup built for reliability and depth of flavor.

Fully Washed & Natural
Direct Trade

By combining washed Colombian coffee with naturally processed Brazilian coffee, this blend achieves both clarity and sweetness. Direct trade sourcing ensures quality, traceability, and consistent performance in every batch.


Roast Profile

Roasted at 3,800 ft

Developed for café brewing environments, this medium roast profile creates a balanced extraction with strong body and natural sweetness. Roasting at elevation allows greater control over heat transfer, helping preserve complexity while developing deeper caramelized flavors.


Flavour Notes

Milk chocolate with bright raspberry notes and a naturally sweet finish.

Expect a rich, smooth cup with comforting chocolate depth, subtle fruit brightness, and a clean sweetness that carries through the finish. Exceptionally versatile across drip, pour-over, and espresso.

WHO?
The idea of Rampage Coffee began in 2018, because Dustin and I were tired of the same old stale coffee that we were drinking. Being extremely busy entrepreneurs and new parents, we wanted coffee that's healthy and would give us that extra boost we needed to keep grinding out those long days.

Your coffee's journey begins here... First, specialty grade coffee it's carefully selected and imported from small holder farms, it's then micro batch roasted, then it's cooled and precisely blended, then packaged and labeled, and then shipped out.
